Simon brings a wealth of experience from across the construction and building materials sector. Starting out in retail DIY store management, he went on to build an impressive career spanning procurement, manufacturing, and commercial roles. Most recently, Simon was Head of Business Development for a national buying group, where he worked closely with suppliers and independent merchants.

Throughout his career, Simon has been passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping teams and customers get the very best out of what they do. This fits perfectly with the Pallet LOOP approach.

In his role, Simon will be working directly with builders’ merchants and manufacturing partners to help them maximise the value of LOOP’s service. With a strong interest in sustainability, he is particularly excited to support customers as they move towards a more circular way of working.
