Renowned for his commercial discipline, consistent performance, and relationship-led approach, Ian has successfully led teams through major periods of industry change, including increased regulation, consolidation, and rising sustainability expectations.

In his role, Ian is focused on accelerating industry adoption of the reusable pallet scheme, strengthening partnerships across the construction supply chain, and ensuring customers realise clear commercial and environmental benefits. With a strong belief that sustainability and commercial success must go hand in hand, Ian brings deep sector insight and values-driven leadership to support the business’s next phase of growth.
