The Pallet LOOP is the circular pallet reuse scheme transforming how building materials move through the supply chain. In the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, the scheme is delivered by CJ Sheeran, Ireland’s leading timber pallet manufacturer and recycler, so pallets are collected, recovered and reused instead of being skipped after a single trip. That means less waste, lower carbon and real cost savings for sites and merchants.

Nationwide pallet collection

We collect The Pallet LOOP’s distinctive green pallets from building sites and merchants across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Recovery for reuse

Collected pallets are sorted, inspected and repaired where required, then returned to the LOOP pool for reuse, keeping quality high and waste low.

Licensed pallet manufacturing

We manufacture LOOP pallets under licence in Ireland, supplying Irish building materials manufacturers that want a circular, lower carbon way to ship products.

Onboarding and registration support

We help merchants, contractors and manufacturers get set up to return pallets through the scheme quickly and simply.

Collection scheduling and logistics

Dedicated booking via our Ireland inbox ensures predictable, site friendly pickups that reduce yard clutter and skip use.

PayBack guidance

We facilitate returns so registered partners can receive PayBack of €2/£2 to €4/£4 per green pallet recovered for reuse, alongside savings from reduced skip volumes.
